Total: over 75,000 units

The museum has an art collection of Leniniana from the 1910–1980s, although most of the archival materials from theformer Lenin Museum have been transferred to RGASPI (B–12). The Documentary fond holds an unique collection of reports, telegrams, and congratulatory messages on Soviet historical memorial dates. There is also a collection of photographic materials on the history of the USSR and a collection of political posters (over 6,000 posters, 1918–1991).


History:
The Museum of V.I. Lenin (founded in 1924), was abolished as a separate museum in 1993.
