Bialyi (1911–1979), and constituted one of the first museums of photography in the country. In 1993 the collection was given to the Union of Photographic Artists of the Russian Federation by Bialyi’s widow, L.B. Bliumkina. The museum still lacks a permanent building and appropriate exhibition area. |
