Also: Lola Estrin after her first husband; born Lilija Jakovlevna Gincberg, in Liepaja, Latvia, Russia 1898, died in New York 1981; Menshevik, Trotskyist; active in the Rossijskaja Social-Demokratičeskaja Rabočaja Partija (RSDRP) in Saratov, Russia c. 1917-1919, where she met her first husband Samuel Estrin, and in Moscow 1919-1922; left Russia for Latvia c. 1923; lived in Berlin in the twenties and in Paris in the thirties; in Paris she worked for the Bjulleten' oppozicii of Lev Trotsky and was secretary of the Paris branch of the International Institute of Social History; emigrated to the USA c. 1940; married David Ju. Dalin.
