Biography
Heiner or Heinrich Eduard Koechlin; born in Basel 1918, died in Basel 1996; anarchist, antiquarian bookseller, philosopher, publisher and writer; living some years in Paris after the Second World War; dissertation on the Paris Commune; active in organizations helping Spanish refugees; founder together with his wife, Elisa Valcarce of some self-governing building associations.
