Biography

Born in Palizzi Superiore, Italy 1892, died in Rome 1936; libertarian; deserted during the First World War and fled to Switzerland; married in Zurich Pia Recati-Zanolli who, after his death, took care of the publication of his writings; arrested on suspicion of involvement in a bomb attack; returned to Italy in 1919 when a general amnesty for deserters was announced; like all Italian revolutionaries in this period harassed by the police and the fascist groups.
