Born in Saint Martin Curton in Lot-et-Garonne, France 1882, died 1950; studied mathematics; served as a soldier and was wounded during the First World War; professor in mathematics and its applications at the CNAM 1938-1950; president of the Confédération des Travailleurs Intellectuels 1929-1950.
