Subcollections

Mathematics

Mathematics is a small collection with a number of important works, or works by important scientists.
Works with the call numbers P 272-344 deal with a collection on measures and weights, which is interesting from a historical and scientific viewpoint. Many of these works are on loan to the Meertens Instituut KNAW.
The collection also contains a considerable number of works from the Dutch scientist J.H. van Swinden (a collection of his manuscripts is on loan to the Royal Library).
