Cao Shuqin 曹淑勤

Cao Shuqin (1943) is from Shangzhi, Heilongjiang Province. She graduated from the Lu Xun Art Academy. Currently, she works as an editor in the Liaoning Fine Arts Publishing House.

Clever and pretty, healthy and lovely, 1986

Ms. Cao's specialities are New Year pictures and propaganda paintings. Over the years, she has received many awards for her work.
