Deng Ke 邓柯


Deng Ke (1936) is from Shanghai. Although having received no formal education he joined the Tianjin People's Fine Arts Publishing House in 1955. In 1960, he joined the Tianjin Painting Academy and in 1980, he transfered to the Tianjin Painting Academy.

Deng is known for his comic strips and as a water colorist. He was awarded prizes and his work has been included in the collection of the China Art Gallery
