Gu Gang 谷钢

Gu Gang (1942, Weixian, Hebei Province) graduated from the Oil Painting Department of the Central Art Academy in 1980. In 1981, he became a professor in the Jilin Art Academy. Gu excels in oil painting.

Make many contributions to the Four Modernizations in the same manner as Jiang Zhuying, 1983

The poster reproduced above made Gu the recipient of the second prize during the National Propaganda Painting exhibition in 1983.
