Yu Huali 于华鲤


Yu Huali (1933) is from Tianjin. In 1952, he started work for the Tianjin Artistic Workers Association, and became the editor of the Tianjin huabao [天津画报,Tianjin Illustrated]. He joined the Tianjin People's Fine Arts Publishing House in 1954, and is still attached to that organization.

Yu excels in cartoons. The poster above, produced during the Criticize Lin Biao, Criticize Confucius Campaign, was designed in collaboration with Che Yongren.
