Yin Peihua 殷培华

Yin Peihua (1943) was born in Changshu, Jiangsu Province. He graduated from the Suzhou Industrial Art Training School in 1962, and in the same year joined the People's Liberation Army. As a soldier, he has been actively engaged in art work. He is currently attached to the Political Department of the Jinan Military Region.

Yin is specialized in figurative painting, water colors and bird-and-flower painting.
