- The photocopies will be used only for the research of the undersigned him/herself. The undersigned will take care that the photocopies will not pass into the hands of third parties.
- Users are expected to be aware of all the relevant statutory provisions concerning copyright, protection of privacy, libel, etc. and shall indemnify the Institute against any legal consequences arising from their use of the photocopies.
- Upon the death of the undersigned his/her heirs are obliged to observe the conditions of this statement.
