In the front row, dressed in overalls, the Spanish pilot Julio Villanueva Flores (*1917). On March 25, like many others on this picture, he is liberated from the Soviet Russian concentration camp Karaganda. In 1938 he came to the Soviet Union as sympathizer, in 1942 he was interned as a political prisoner.
